About the Role
Core Fitness Planners is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our corporate client portfolio and promote our sports, wellness, team-building and corporate event solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach corporate clients, HR departments, and decision-makers.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule business meetings.
• Present company services, corporate sports programmes and event opportunities.
• Prepare commercial proposals and follow up on negotiations.
• Build and maintain a strong corporate client network.
• Achieve agreed monthly sales and business development targets.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and report on sales performance.
• Coordinate with the events team to ensure successful client onboarding and project handover. Requirements




• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in sports, wellness, events or corporate services preferred.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English
• Knowledge of the Italian corporate market.
• Proactive attitude with a strong focus on measurable results.
• Italian driving licence is preferred.
