In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to work with high-potential Sellers in Fashion and Sport, while building AI-native solutions to help them grow their online businesses. Your mission will be to develop customized sales pipelines, design impactful promotions, and ensure seamless execution during key events like Prime Day and Black Friday. The position is classified at level 6 or above, depending on the candidate's skills, competences and experience. Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities Develop and optimize promotional strategies for pricing, product selection, and availability Collaborate with the EU Deals team to maximize Customer experience and sales through technology and AI-native product launches Educate Sellers on Amazon's tools and services to drive self-sufficiency Track and report on business development results to identify areas for improvement Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience with AI/ML-powered tools and the ability to evaluate their application to business problems Knowledge of at least one data-focused technology tool, such as Python,
