You will structure, negotiate, and accelerate high-value enterprise SaaS agreements and related contracts, working with sales, operations, finance and other units. /ppKey responsibilities include drafting and negotiating software licenses, services, DPAs, NDAs, and partner contracts, while improving standard terms and internal processes. /p
