pFor a new luxury fashion project based in Milan, we are currently looking for a Senior Menswear Fashion Designer to join the creative team.br/The project focuses on contemporary luxury menswear, combining tailoring, street culture, sport influences and elevated design language.br/We are looking for a strong creative profile with solid industry experience and deep knowledge of luxury product development /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDesigning and developing menswear collections /li liResearching fabrics, silhouettes and creative direction /li liFollowing the collection from concept to final development /li liWorking closely with suppliers, pattern makers and production teams /li liSupporting fittings and collection execution /li liContributing to the overall visual and creative identity of the brand /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liMinimum 3 years of experience in a luxury fashion company /li liStrong menswear design background /li liExcellent knowledge of luxury product development and fabrics /li liStrong aesthetic sensibility and contemporary vision /li liAbility to work independently and within a creative team /li liBased in Milan or available to relocate /li liFluent English and Italian are mandatory. /li /ul
