HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
* Registration of incoming repairs in the SAP system.
* Validation of incoming repairs in the SAP system.
* Management of outgoing repair shipments to other European platforms, including preparation of packaging and documents in SAP.
* Monitoring of repair shipment timings to other European platforms via SAP and SharePoint, liaising with Logistics in case of need or anomalies.
* Operational support for Team activities as needed. HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
* At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
* High sense of responsibility.
* Ability to analyze and identify problems.
* Teamwork attitude.
* Good knowledge of SAP.
* Impeccable attention to detail.
* Organized and autonomous, will become independent to deliver optimal results.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Fluent in Italian and English
