pAt Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, Venice, we are looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to join our FB Team and supervise both Il Porticciolo Restaurant (open for lunch) and San Giorgio Restaurant (open for dinner). /p pThis is a seasonal full-time position from March to October 2027 and reports directly to the FB Manager of the Hotel. /p pAs Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests while maintaining efficient operations, quality and exemplary service. Among the main

responsibilities:
/p ul lidirect the restaurant operations on a daily basis ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction; /li lisupervise, train and develop the team; /li limaintain a daily liaison with the kitchen team ensuring a harmonious relationship between culinary and service team; /li liwork closely with the FB Manager and the Chef; /li licontribute to the development of the restaurant offer whilst evolving and improving continuously the assigned venue.br/ /li /ul ul liConsolidated experience as Restaurant Manager; /li liComprehensive knowledge of the restaurant luxury hospitality environment acquired preferably while working a similar position within 5
* hotels; /li liFluency both in Italian and English is mandatory; good knowledge of French is beneficial; /li liStrong leadership skills; /li liBe service oriented and guest focused; /li /ul pIn order to be considered for this position you must possess the legal right to work in Italy at the moment of application. /p ul liseasonal contract according to CCNL Federalberghi, Level 2.



Gross monthly salary between 2.900 and 3.200 euro.
