h3About The Role /h3 pAs a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liPerform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. /li liConduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. /li liAssist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems. /li liReview assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion. /li liSupport energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently. /Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.



/li liDeliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. /li /ul h3What You’ll Need /h3 ul liHigh School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. /li liMeet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. li liCommunication skills to exchange straightforward information. /li liWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. /li /ul
