Tipologia di contratto contratto a tempo indeterminato Predisporre e negoziare in autonomia contratti con fornitori, condizioni generali, procedure di gara, NDA, accordi di finanziamento e contratti con commercianti di veicoli usati; Condurre trattative con clienti internazionali, curando la negoziazione di contratti commerciali; Fornire consulenza legale specialistica e curare la contrattualistica in ambito Data Protection, Diritto assicurativo e Intellectual Property; Curare le attività di corporate governance, convocazione delle adunanze,



redazione dei verbali dei consigli di amministrazione e delle assemblee degli azionisti e attività di housekeeping; Laurea in Giurisprudenza Abilitazione allo svolgimento della professione forense Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (rif. Costituisce titolo preferenziale aver maturato un’esperienza in studi legali internazionali e in contesti aziendali strutturati Capacità di relazione e di gestione di diversi stakeholders (fornitori, clienti interni ed esterni) RAL (Retribuzione Annua Lorda) = fascia 38.000 € – 42.000 €, determinata su criteri oggettivi e neutri sotto il profilo del genere, al netto di welfare e benefits La posizione prevede un inquadramento nel livello B1
