For our Supply Chain division in Milan we are looking for a VIE for our Demand Planning Team.

During your experience you’ll be part of a young and dynamic team, you’ll get in touch with all company’s departments and you’ll contribute to the achievements of your team.

You’ll collaborate with several company’s departments to develop your analytical skills and to discover competitive dynamics of dairy & ambient products’ market. You’ll support the Demand Planning team on day by day activities and projects.

Preparing short- and long-term forecast based on historical data and input from top line team (sales, mktg, category)

Managing forecast activities using IBP the tool (masterdata, promo event, phase-in/phase-out product). Analyzing the output of the tool to identify the most appropriate statistical forecasting algorithm

Assuring high level of forecast accuracy to balance between zero wastes and high customer service level

Interfacing with supply planning dept to anticipate issue/change in forecasting trend that can affect the service and waste performance

Preparing and animating all the reporting of the demand planning team, to support daily activities

Analyze data, look for insights, fuel the TopLine team with growth generating ideas

Master’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering or similar;

Relational skills and flexibility;

SAP Knowledge will be a plus

Excel and Power Point knowledge;

Fluent in English and ideally in Italian
