Position

The Corporate Facility team is looking for a motivated and curious person to join the team and gain hands-on experience in Facility Management within a dynamic and international environment.

The intern will support the team across facility operations, maintenance, digitalization and process improvement projects, contributing to the efficient management of buildings, technical activities and workplace spaces.

The role offers the opportunity to combine analytical and digital activities with operational experience, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. The intern will also have the opportunity to support facility-related activities connected to corporate events and Fashion Shows.

Job responsibilities

Digitalization & Process Improvement

- Support the development, implementation and testing of a Facility Management ticketing system, contributing to the digitalization of facility requests and processes.
- Contribute to the implementation of a digital maintenance management tool, supporting maintenance scheduling, activity tracking and reporting.
- Collect, organize and catalogue building assets, contributing to the creation of a structured database with relevant technical and maintenance information.
- Support the definition and improvement of operational workflows, KPIs and reporting tools to monitor facility performance and improve process efficiency.

Facility Operations & Events

- Support the daily management of facility requests, including ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities.
- Assist in coordinating external suppliers and technical partners, monitoring work progress, deadlines and service quality.
- Support Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) compliance activities, including inspections, documentation management and monitoring of corrective actions.
- Support facility-related activities for corporate events and Fashion Shows.

Profile





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, either recently completed or currently being completed, preferably in Engineering, Architecture, Building Engineering, Management Engineering or related fields.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point.
- Good proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and editing technical drawings, layouts and floor plans.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Forms) would be considered a plus.
- Fluent Italian and good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proactive, curious and collaborative mindset, combined with strong analytical and organizational skills to manage different priorities.

Additional information

For internship programs, the monthly reimbourse associated is EUR 800 gross.
This role is also eligible for lunch tickets.
