About this vacancy

- Develop and maintain scalable ETL processes to handle large volumes of data;
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality solutions;
- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes in relational databases, with a particular focus on Oracle;
- Implement and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes to ensure efficient deployment and orchestration;
- Apply GitOps principles to simplify code deployment and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery;
- Resolve data-related issues and ensure its integrity and security.

What we expect from you

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent disciplines;
- At least 2 years of experience in data engineering activities;
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in data management and ETL processes;
- Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration;
- Understanding of GitOps principles and CI/CD practices;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills in English and Italian, both written and oral;
- Strong motivation toward TMC's Employeneurship model.





What you can expect from us

The position includes a permanent employment contract and a Gross Annual Salary (RAL) starting from €34,000, in compliance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive remuneration package. At the end of the selection process, after assessing the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may propose a final RAL exceeding the amount indicated above.

In line with our business model, the final remuneration package also includes:

- a component of profit sharing from the project;
- an annual personal budget for training and professional development amounting to €4,000 net;
- an annual welfare credit.

Further details will be provided during the selection process, in accordance with applicable company policies.
