You will collaborate with clients to translate business goals into high-impact requirements and lead project phases to ensure scalable, reliable models. You will define evaluation strategies for LLM-based systems and integrate agents with client environments, setting engineering standards. Responsabilità

- Design, implement and optimize Agentic AI and GenAI solutions from architecture to production
- Collaborate with clients to translate business goals into concrete requirements
- Lead project phases to ensure model quality and production scalability




- Define evaluation strategies for LLM-based systems to ensure reliable behavior
- Integrate agents with client systems and third-party services with Dev Ops
- Act as technical guide, setting engineering standards and enforcing code quality through reviews

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- 4–5 years in software development or ML/AI
- 1–2 years on LLM-based projects and agentic solutions in production
- Experience in consulting or client-facing environments

- Client listening and needs analysis
- Managing expectations, dependencies and risks with a critical eye
- Autonomy and ownership of technical decisions
- Python proficiency
- Experience with agentic frameworks (Lang Graph, Semantic Kernel, Auto Gen) and multi-agent design
- Prompt engineering and LLM evaluation
