/li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liMinimum b5 years of client-facing experience /b in the telecom or IT industry.
/li liStrong client relationship, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
/li liExperience in contract management, process optimisation, financial management, and matrix teams.
/li liDegree in Business, Science, or a relevant discipline.
/li liITIL certification preferred; PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, or similar certifications are advantageous.

/li libImprove processes and service quality /b , using standard company methods where possible.
/li libCoordinate the client relationship and internal teams /b , including communication, meetings, risks, reporting, and contract commitments.
/li libSupport account performance and growth /b , including contract changes, new service proposals, and basic profit-and-loss oversight on smaller accounts.
