Overview

As Finance Manager for CS&L; Shipping P&L; in a multi-country NWE cluster, you own cost performance and productivity initiatives within logistics. You partner with local operations and the Centre of Excellence to deliver auditable, accurate financial results and timely forecasts. You drive P&L; analysis, balance sheet variances, and budgets, while leading productivity savings and ad hoc projects. You work autonomously to protect assets, ensure controls, and provide clear, actionable finance support to the business. This role offers impact through cross-functional collaboration and shaping regional financial performance.

Responsabilità

- Own CS&L; Shipping P&L; lines for a multi-country cluster (Inbound, Outbound, Warehousing, Copacking, Waste) and ensure targets are met
- Analyze Actual P&L;, identify balance sheet variances, and manage monthly rolling forecasts
- Prepare accurate budgets/forecasts during major cycles and track gross productivity savings




- Provide best-in-class finance support through analysis, reporting, and challenge to business partners
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and internal controls to protect assets
- Summarize detailed analyses into clear takeaways and work autonomously
- Coach third-party finance support and collaborate with Centre of Excellence

Requisiti fondamentali

- 7 years FP&A;/accounting experience
- Prior FMCG experience
- Prior Finance Supply Chain experience preferred
- Strong analytical background
- Fluent spoken/written English
- Shared Service Centre exposure an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Highly motivated
