Responsabilità

- Monitor clinical trial sites for protocol, GCP, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct site visits to assess performance and resolve issues




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely data collection and reporting
- Provide training and guidance to site staff and fellow CRAs
- Build and maintain relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to enable smooth operations

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor in a scientific or healthcare-related field
- Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects
- Expertise in monitoring, data integrity, and site management
- Proficiency in relevant clinical trial software and tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Willingness to travel approximately 60%
