As Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a technical team to keep manufacturing equipment and facilities safe, reliable, and efficient. You’ll drive preventive maintenance, plan and coordinate work, and ensure safety, quality, and cost discipline. You work closely with production and external partners to maximize plant performance and support continuous improvement. This role offers hands-on leadership with opportunities to shape maintenance strategies in a collaborative, innovation-driven culture.
Responsabilità
- Lead daily activities of the maintenance team to support production
- Ensure safety, quality, and policy compliance across maintenance operations
- Plan, schedule, and assign maintenance work by priority and capability
- Identify and resolve issues affecting productivity, equipment performance, safety or quality
- Develop and improve preventive maintenance plans, procedures, and checklists
- Manage maintenance emergencies and provide technical direction during breakdowns
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors,
and service providers for asset reliability and cost efficiency
- Monitor budgets, evaluate repair costs, and control maintenance spending
- Manage spare parts inventory and supplier relationships
- Track maintenance activities, equipment performance, and KPIs for data-driven improvements
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
- Minimum 3 years in a maintenance or supervisory role in manufacturing/industrial
- Proven experience leading or coordinating technical maintenance teams
- Experience using CMMS or similar digital maintenance management tools
- Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance methodologies
- Leadership and team coordination
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Proactive, hands-on approach
