/ph3The Role /h3pAs a Creative Designer at Air Apps, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and delivering visually engaging designs across multiple platforms.
You will collaborate with various teams to ensure a cohesive and compelling user experience, working on digital ads, social media content, landing pages, email campaigns, and print materials.
/pulliThis is a fully onsite position, based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

/li /ulh3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and maintain a consistent visual identity that aligns with Air Apps' brand guidelines.
/liliCreate engaging graphics, illustrations, infographics, and layouts for web, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
/liliCollaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to translate requirements into compelling visual solutions.
/liliIterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and refine assets using user insights and performance metrics.




/liliEnsure high-quality output and conduct design quality assurance across various channels.
/liliUtilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) to create and deliver assets in multiple formats.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
/liliAround 3 years of experience creating assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and web.
/liliStrong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
/liliKnowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and design best practices.
/liliProficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
/liliStrong communication, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
/liliAbility to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
