This position offers a rotational working arrangement, with flights and accommodation provided.
/ppThe Commercial Lead will take responsibility for the commercial management of a major data centre project, overseeing cost control, quantity surveying, subcontractor accounts, procurement and financial reporting while leading the project commercial team.
/ppThis role would suit an experienced Commercial Lead, Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in general contracting, major construction projects and managing commercial operations from procurement through to final account.
/p /pbr/pbRequired profile /b /ppulliMinimum 5 years' post-qualification experience within a main contractor or general contractor environment.
/liliRelevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification, such as Engineering, combined with commercial experience.
/liliProven experience in commercial management, quantity surveying and cost control on large-scale construction projects.
/liliExperience as a Commercial Lead, Commercial Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor or similar senior construction commercial role.




/liliStrong understanding of construction contracts, subcontractor management, valuations, variations and final accounts.
/liliExperience with financial reporting, procurement, budgeting, forecasting and commercial risk management.
/liliExcellent organisational, communication and IT skills, with SAP experience advantageous.
/liliExcellent English language skills.
/lilistrongMust hold a valid EU passport.
