For our Italian subsidiary, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager – Access Control & Video Intercom to lead the development of these product lines in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop the Access Control and Video Intercom product portfolio for the Italian market.
- Define product positioning and development strategies based on market trends, customer needs and competitive analysis.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth for both product lines.
- Support the launch and go-to-market strategy of new products and solutions.
- Work closely with Sales teams, distributors, System Integrators, installers and key customers to develop business opportunities and strategic projects.
- Provide product and solution support for key projects, customer meetings, demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Deliver product and solution training to internal teams, partners and customers.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing and technology developments.
- Collect market feedback and product requirements and coordinate closely with HQ and R&D; teams.
- Cooperate with Sales,



Technical Support and Marketing teams to achieve product-line sales and business targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the security industry, preferably in Access Control and/or Video Intercom.
- Strong knowledge of Access Control and Video Intercom products, solutions and technologies.
- Solid experience in Product Management, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Technical Sales or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of the Italian security market, including distributors, System Integrators, installers and key industry players.
- Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product and business opportunities.
- Strong commercial awareness combined with solid technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with local and international teams.
- Fluent Italian and English.
- Availability for business travel within Italy.
