Sales Agent – ​​Tourism (Remote - Italy)

Chameleon Travel Shop is a company specializing in personalized travel experiences, with a presence in destinations such as Australia, New Zealand, Italy, France, Portugal, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Scandinavia. We work with travel agents and individual travelers worldwide, offering tailor-made itineraries, small group tours, and much more.

We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our team, working remotely from Italy.

What you will do:

- Respond promptly to requests from travel agents and private clients
- Prepare personalized itineraries based on each client's preferences and budget, using the company's internal system
- Confirm and monitor reservations, maintaining regular contact with the team, guides, and local suppliers




- Ensure all travel documentation is correct and sent to clients well in advance
- Provide assistance to clients during their trips

What we are looking for:

- Residence in Italy
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in tourism operations
- Own computer and stable internet connection
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-oriented approach
- Knowledge of other languages ​​(desirable)
