Gerresheimer in Parma, Italy is seeking an Intercompany Order Desk Specialist to coordinate end-to-end intercompany orders across the Moulded Glass network, ensuring delivery reliability and replenishment between sites.
You will manage SAP-based order handling, monitor KPIs such as OTIF, and collaborate with Production Planning, Logistics, Customer Service and warehouse teams to resolve delays, shortages and supply issues, while maintaining data quality and clear reporting.
