As CSA Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the daily coordination and supervision of Civil, Structural and Architectural packages, ensuring that all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands‑on leadership role, overseeing subcontractors across structural works, envelope, fit‑out, cladding, roofing, and internal architectural packages through to final snagging and handover.



/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupervise and coordinate all CSA work packages across the project /li liManage day-to-day site operations including subcontractor performance and manpower /li liDrive site safety standards in collaboration with EHS teams and management /li liOversee QA processes and ensure works meet project specifications and benchmarks /li liCoordinate programme activities with planners, PMs, consultants, and subcontractors /li liMaintain accurate site documentation and reporting aligned with client requirements /li liChair subcontractor progress meetings and ensure delivery against schedule /li liSupport change management processes including programme and cost impacts /li liReview construction drawings, setting‑out details, and buildability constraints /li liManage snagging, punch lists, and CSA close‑out through to project completion /li liAttend coordination meetings, internal reviews, handover workshops, and client updates /li liSupport final project close‑out including QA files, safety files, and documentation packs xlwpduy /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liTrade background or relevant degree qualification in Construction/Civil/Structural discipline /li liMinimum 7+ years experience supervising CSA works on large-scale construction projects /li liStrong background across structural, envelope, cladding, roofing, fit‑out, or civils /li liProven ability to lead CSA teams and manage subcontractor delivery /li liExcellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills /li liData centre or mission‑critical experience highly advantageous /li /ul h3What's On Offer /h3 ul liWork on a major hyperscale data centre project in Milan /li liLong‑term European project pipeline with career progression opportunities /li liCollaborative, high‑performing site environment /li liCompetitive salary with full overseas support package: Rotation + Accommodation + Transport + Monthly Living Allowance /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
