Minimum Requirement

At least 10 years of professional experience as Project Manager, verified through evidence provided in the CV.

• At least 10 years of excellent knowledge of and experience in recognised project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2 and PM2, verified through evidence provided in the CV and relevant certificates.

• At least 10 years of professional experience in an international multilingual environment, verified through evidence provided in the CV.

• At least 8 years of professional experience in managing projects related to the energy and/or transport domain, verified through evidence provided in the CV.

• At least 5 years of excellent knowledge of enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365) commonly involved in project management activities, verified through evidence provided in the CV.

• At least 5 years of expertise in using communication and training tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint), verified through evidence provided in the CV.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in managing EU energy projects,



verified through evidence provided in the CV.

• At least 3 years of practical experience with defect tracking tools such as Gitlab and Github, including severity and priority handling and workflow states, verified through evidence provided in the CV.

• At least 2 years of experience with project management and collaboration tools and platforms, including Microsoft Project, and JIRA, verified through evidence provided in the CV.

• At least 2 years of experience working on information systems supporting EU policy modelling and implementation, verified through evidence provided in the CV.

• Educational background on Electrical and Computer Engineering, verified through evidence provided in the CV.

Certificates and standards

• One of the following or an equivalent certification: PM², Project Management Professional (PMP), or PRINCE2.
