Job Description

Your opportunity

Lead the design, cross-Brand alignment, implementation and adoption of one IBP Building Block across the Maisons. Serve as the link between Brand teams, Kering Technologies, the Tech IBP CoE and the Central Active PMO to deliver a common target design, effective tools and sustainable ways of working.

How you will contribute

Own the building block roadmap: Define and maintain the target process, governance, roles, KPIs,



data requirements and implementation roadmap for the assigned Building Block.

Build cross-Brand alignment: Lead workshops with the Maisons, reconcile Brand processes and requirements, and align stakeholders on a common design and ways of working.

Protect the common design: Promote standardization, challenge unnecessary customization and prepare structured business cases or escalations when deviations are required.

Drive IT implementation: Translate business needs into functional requirements and partner with Kering Technologies and the Tech IBP CoE through solution design, testing, deployment and operational readiness.

Lead adoption and change: Coordinate pilots and rollouts, develop training and communication materials, coach users and monitor adoption across Brands.

Manage delivery and performance: Track milestones, risks, dependencies and benefits; report progress to the Central Active PMO and support governance decisions.

Drive continuous improvement: Capture feedback and performance insights, share best practices and continuously improve the building block after deployment.
Who you are

Experience: 10+ years in IBP, S&OP;, planning, supply chain, merchandising planning, finance transformation or complex business transformation.

Functional expertise: Strong process-design capability and understanding of planning,



governance, data and technology-enabled transformation.

Leadership: Proven ability to align senior, cross-functional and multi-Brand stakeholders and influence without direct authority.

Delivery: Strong project management, problem-solving, facilitation and change-management skills; planning-platform experience such as Anaplan, Board or equivalent is valued.

Business fluency in English.
