Purpose of the position: As HR Project Officer you will be part of the HR Schedule, Project Operations and Performance Monitoring Department.

How can you support us?

- Support the Project Management Team in defining the qualitative and quantitative staffing requirements based on the Project HR Plan, and in defining all recruitment and/or mobilization actions required to meet the Project HR schedule.
- Contribute to the reporting required by the central HR functions.
- Ensure workforce monitoring (attendance, absences, overtime, sick leave, annual leave, business travel, etc.). Support employees on the main aspects of the applicable employment contract (e.g. procedures, rules, working hours, remuneration, etc.), liaising with the central HR Department of People Management.
- Promote compliance with and act in accordance with Saipem procedures, guidelines and document management system, while fostering the development of a culture inspired by the dissemination of Saipem best practices and values in Quality, Safety, Health, Environment and Sustainability

What are we looking for? Education: bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in management, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields. Background: At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management, preferably gained at operational or construction sites

Languages: Proficiency in English is a mandatory requirement / French acknowledge is nice to have

Technical/IT Knowledge:



Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. The knowledge of Access Tool is considered a plus.

What else should you know? Some travelling will be expected. Readiness and willingness to travel to Project sites, including at short notice, in line with the construction activity schedule and critical project phases are required for this position.
