We are looking for a talented **Customer Service Specialist Intern** to join our Supply Chain and Logistics team at our Cummins facility in Cameri (NO), Italy, for a 6-month internship. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in developing practical experience in customer service, order management, and logistics within an international manufacturing environment. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will gain hands-on exposure to customer order processing, delivery coordination, and supply chain operations, supporting our European customers and ensuring efficient and reliable service. **To be successful in this role, you will need the following:** + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. + Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing customer orders, delivery schedules, and numerical information. + Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and understand changes in customer demand. + Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with data and pivot tables. + A customer-focused, proactive, and collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic international environment. + Excellent Italian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the confidence to communicate directly with international customers. **Education/Experience:** + Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. + An interest in customer service, order management, logistics, or supply chain operations. + Previous internship or practical experience in customer service, logistics, or an administrative environment would be an advantage but is not required. + Availability to work full-time,
