Ecosmic is seeking an HR & Operations Intern in Turin, Italy. You will work closely with the Head of People across the employee journey, from hiring and onboarding to how the team grows and works together.
In this hands‑on internship you’ll support admin, logistics and day‑to‑day operations, help improve hiring and onboarding, assist with payroll preparation, organize retreats and events, and coordinate travel and calendars.
