Syngenta is seeking a Formulation Scientist for the R&D; Formulation Development team in Atessa to develop and optimise agrochemical formulations, planning and performing laboratory experiments within GLP-compliant environments. The role collaborates across Analytical, Regulatory and Production teams and supports scale-up to manufacturing as needed.
Essential qualifications include a science degree and at least one year in formulation development, with hands-on lab experience and good English
