Kerry Group in Italy offers a 3-year blended training program to become a Junior Flavourist. You will train while working at Kerry’s centres of expertise, gaining hands-on experience alongside seasoned flavourists and contributing to real product development across leading food and beverage brands.
Upon completion, you’ll be allocated to an European site, with opportunities to travel and develop skills in a globally connected environment where science meets creativity.
