About the Role

360 Talent is currently recruiting an experienced Interior Specialist on behalf of a prestigious Italian luxury Maison, renowned internationally for its distinctive design, exceptional craftsmanship and sophisticated home collections.

Based in the heart of Milan's exclusive Brera district, this position offers an exciting opportunity to join an established luxury brand and work with an international clientele passionate about interior design, furniture, textiles and home accessories.

We are looking for a commercially driven individual who combines a strong appreciation for luxury interiors with exceptional sales skills, outstanding client relationship management and a passion for delivering personalised service.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Experience

- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to local and international luxury clientele.
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice across luxury home collections, furniture, fabrics, textiles and decorative accessories.
- Understand clients' individual needs and recommend tailored interior solutions.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the boutique's commercial success.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximise sales performance.
- Manage the entire customer journey,



from initial consultation through to purchase and after-sales follow-up.

Clienteling & Business Development

- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, high-net-worth individuals and international customers.
- Develop and expand an existing client portfolio through proactive clienteling and networking.
- Establish relationships with interior designers, architects, decorators and other relevant industry professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of the boutique's local clientele.
- Organise personalised appointments and support exclusive client events.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and implement effective client follow-up strategies.

Brand Representation & Boutique Operations

- Act as an ambassador for the Maison, communicating its heritage, craftsmanship and creative identity.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of materials, fabrics, finishes and interior design trends.
- Ensure the highest standards of visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Collaborate with the boutique team to achieve commercial objectives.
- Support daily boutique operations and maintain exceptional luxury service standards.

Candidate Requirements

Essential Experience

- Previous experience in luxury interiors, high-end furniture, home collections,



luxury lifestyle or a related premium retail environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering strong commercial results.
- Experience managing relationships with high-net-worth and international clients.
- Strong understanding of luxury customer service and clienteling.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent Italian and English.

Desirable Experience

- An established portfolio of private clients or contacts within the interior design industry.
- Experience working with architects, interior designers and decorators.
- Knowledge of luxury textiles, upholstery, furniture and decorative home collections.
- Experience developing new business through networking and professional relationships.
