GlobalFoundries seeks a Senior Hardware Engineer to lead power-delivery solutions for AI accelerators, GPUs, and HPC. You will work across ASIC, package, PCB and system levels, ensuring robust electrical, thermal, and mechanical integration in collaboration with design teams and customers. You will define requirements, drive bring-up and validation, and address design constraints while partnering with OSATs and customers. Office-based role in Pavia with potential mobility.
