Founded by Roberto Casappa more than 60 years ago, this multinational company is still totally owned by the Casappa family, in its third generation. We design and manufacture with passion and care for details the main hydraulic system components for applications that range from construction to on-highway vehicles, material handling, agriculture, mining and industrial. In addition to supplying the products in our catalogs, we develop customized solutions in close collaboration with our customers.

Mission

You will join the Group Sales & Marketing Department and report directly to the Technical Sales Manager. In this role, you will play an active part in the sales process by helping transform customer needs into concrete, high-value technical solutions.Your goal will be to ensure that the proposed offers include technical solutions that accurately meet customer requirements, providing deeper technical insight into our products and their applications.

Your Responsibilities

Specifically, through a structured onboarding and training program, you will progressively gain autonomy in the following activities:

· Contributing to the development of business opportunities by managing the technical aspects of projects and interacting directly with customers and internal stakeholders;

· Analyzing customer requirements and technical specifications, working closely with the Purchasing, Engineering, and Testing departments to identify the most suitable solution, assess its technical and economic feasibility, and support its development;





· Promoting products and application solutions by supporting the sales network in presenting the product portfolio, participating in technical meetings, training sessions, and discussions with customers and partners;

· Supporting international subsidiaries in handling specific technical requests and providing product- and application-related expertise.

Your Skills

This is a great opportunity if you have:

- A degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- 1-2 years of experience in a Commercial, Technical Office, or Design Engineering role, with the ambition to build a career in technical sales;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
- Good command of the English language;
- Availability for occasional short international business trips.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize and present information effectively;
- Initiative and a proactive mindset;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Goal-oriented approach to work.
