You will coordinate dish preparation within your section, ensuring high culinary standards and smooth day-to-day operations under the guidance of the Executive Chef.
The ideal candidate will manage cooks, control ingredient quality, stock, and hygiene, xbvzest and collaborate with the team to maintain consistency and presentation, even during busy service periods;
