Leonardo S.p.A. is seeking an HR Generalist to support the HR Site Manager in people management at our Anagni site. The role focuses on onboarding, training coordination, and handling labor contracts, including tempo parziale and secondment arrangements.

You will manage temporary workers, administer HR processes, coordinate settlements with Labor & Litigation, and liaise with unions and industrial associations. Strong communication and discretion are essential in this junior to mid-level position.
