St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Florence is seeking a Front Office Intern to assist in daily Front Office operations and interact with guests.
During the internship you will help with check-in/check-out, guest assistance and team support, while gaining knowledge of room categories, rates, packages, promotions and hotel systems.
Fluency in English is required, Italian knowledge is highly recommended, and you should maintain excellent grooming and customer service standards.
