/p h3Position purpose /h3 pUnder the direct supervision of the Front Office Manager, the Guest Assistant Day/Night is responsible for guest registration, guest check-out, cashiering, and foreign exchange.
He/she is also responsible for facilitating or providing assistance in case of guest inquiries/requests in accordance with hotel policies.
He/she is also responsible for smooth overnight operations of the hotel for 2 nights per week in substitution of the Night Manager.
/p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure the Brand is protected and guests are delighted by their on-property experience.
/li liCollect and act on guest preferences.
/li liOperate the Front Office properly and efficiently.
/li liEnsure that the Night Audit process is carried out successfully.
/li liPerform guest registration/check-in.
/li liEscort guests to the room.
/li liCreate and review guest folios and accurately encode guest information.
/li liPerform clerical and cashiering duties.
/li liAttend to guest complaints immediately and coordinate resolution.




/li liPossess full knowledge of emergency procedures.
/li liAttend employee training and reviews on emergency responsibilities.
/li liEnsure daily duties are conducted.

/p pWork Experience: minimum 1 year in Front Office in an international luxury hotel.
