We're currently supporting a leading contractor on a major Data Centre construction project in Naples and are looking to speak with experienced Site Managers who have a proven background delivering Data Centre projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
* Manage subcontractors and site personnel across multiple work packages.
* Drive health & safety standards and ensure full compliance with project procedures.
* Monitor site progress against programme milestones and report on performance.
* Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve site issues and maintain project momentum.
* Ensure quality inspections and documentation are completed throughout the construction phase.

Requirements:
* Previous Data Centre construction experience is essential.
* Strong background managing large-scale construction projects.
* Excellent subcontractor and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent English is required.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and deliver against key deadlines.
