Job Summary Sany Group is a global leading manufacturer of construction machinery. We are now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to take charge of asphalt plant sales, road machinery dealer development & support, and local marketing activities across Italy. You will drive revenue growth, develop and maintain dealer partnerships, and deliver professional technical support and training for our road machinery dealer network.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage sales business of Sany asphalt plants in Italy, identify potential customers, negotiate commercial terms and close sales orders to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Support existing road machinery exclusive dealers in Italy, including regular business coaching, product training and on-site technical support; develop new exclusive dealers for road machinery products.
• Plan and execute local marketing activities, such as trade shows, open days, customer events and factory tour arrangements for prospects and clients.
• Collect market feedback, competitor intelligence and customer requirements, and feed back to product and internal teams to support local product adaptation and sales strategy optimisation.
• Build long-term trusted relationships with end customers and dealers, handle customer inquiries and after-sales coordination matters. Requirements




• Proven sales experience in construction machinery, asphalt plant, road equipment or related engineering sector within the market.
• Solid existing dealer resources or end-customer network in road & asphalt construction industry is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English; good written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, capable of independent business development and frequent travel across Italy.
• Understanding of construction machinery commercial logic, technical basics of asphalt mixing plants and road machinery.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
