We are currently looking for a Project Control Manager. The selected candidate assists the Project Manager (PMN) to complete the project on time and within the approved budget. Outlines and organizes the most suitable control system of the project to reach the objectives in accordance with the requirements of the contract. It supports the decisions of the Project Manager (PMN) providing all the information needed to promptly identify any trend not favorable and to initiate immediate corrective actions. Create an atmosphere of program / cost awareness among all project participants. Organize and maintains the best integration between the planning and cost control functions making sure that every activity is carefully planned and controlled in terms of time, budget and resources. Responsibilities:
• Define and maintain the Project Control System, including the Project Control Plan and relevant procedures.
• Coordinate and supervise Project Control Engineers, Planners, Cost Controllers, and Quantity Surveyors.
• Define the WBS and CBS in accordance with corporate standards and contractual requirements.
• Supervise the preparation of the Project Baseline, project schedule, Critical Path Analysis, S-curves, and resource histograms.
• Monitor project progress, costs, productivity, and resource utilization across all project phases.
• Coordinate project reporting and provide regular updates to Project Management and the Client.
• Review cost reports, budgets, cash flow forecasts, actual and committed costs, Earned Value, and Estimates at Completion (EAC).
• Manage changes, claims, and Extension of Time (EOT) requests, assessing their impact on project costs and schedules.




• Coordinate project risk analysis and define mitigation measures for potential deviations.
• Review payment certificates, invoicing status, accruals, production estimates, and Work in Progress (WIP) analyses.
• Support Project Management in key meetings and contribute to project close-out activities and final reporting.

Requirements:
• At least 8-10 years of experience in Project Control, with solid knowledge of project management methodologies, planning, cost control, risk management, and contract management.
• Experience in managing and controlling EPC projects plant.
• Expertise in project scheduling, WBS/CBS, baseline definition, Critical Path Analysis, progress measurement, and schedule forecasting.
• Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, cost estimation, productivity analysis, Earned Value, and KPI monitoring.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional English
• Knowledge of Planning Tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Knowledge of Company Tools (ERP, Document Management System, Construction Management System, Project Control Standards, etc.). Place of work: Parma, with assignment to projects across Europe.
