You will join our Headquarters in Florence as part of the Retail department, supporting the Retail Director EMEA and the team in the coordination of retail activities and business operations across European markets. You’ll support the Retail team in the following activities:
• Prepare and update business documents, reports and PowerPoint presentations;
• Support the collection, organization and analysis of sales data;
• Extract and consolidate data from company systems and update reporting files.
• Assist in preparing commercial reports and monitoring retail performance across European markets.
• Support the team in day-to-day administrative and back-office activities.




• Organize and maintain commercial documentation and databases. What you'll bring
• Degree in Economics, Engineering, Management or related field
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English. Knowledge of a third foreign language will be considered a plus
• Analytical and commercial mindset with an interest in data analysis
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dynamic and proactive attitude
• Passion for the luxury industry
