Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA. is seeking a field-based Applications Specialist in Italy to develop and support B2B customers within the gourmet artisan channel.

You will provide in-depth technical support on cocoa, chocolate and pastry ingredients and work closely with Sales, R&D; and Marketing to drive product development and trials. The role requires strong knowledge of pastry, bakery and chocolate applications, hands-on problem-solving, and willingness to travel across the region.
