We are looking for a highly analytical and experienced credit risk manager. the
ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the consumer credit sector,
with a strong focus on underwriting both retail and corporate portfolios. you
will be responsible for evaluating creditworthiness, managing risk provisions,
and ensuring full compliance with regulatory reporting standards.

responsibilities

* credit underwriting: responsible for a team in charge of performing
comprehensive credit analysis and decision-making for both retail and
corporate applicants, ensuring alignment with the company’s risk appetite.

* ifrs 9 stage management: oversee the credit reclassification process,
ensuring assets are accurately categorized into stages according to
international accounting standards and default definition.

* regulatory reporting: oversight the preparation of reports regarding asset
quality, stage migration, and "non-performing exposure" (npe) ratios for
regulatory authorities.

* reporting: delivering regular reports to the top management on risk exposure
and the adequacy of the bad debt reserve.

* portfolio monitoring:



analyze consumer credit trends and performance
indicators to identify early warning signs of credit deterioration.

* policy development: contribute to the refinement of credit policies and
scoring models to optimize the balance between growth and risk.

qualifications

* proven experience: several years of experience s in credit risk with specific
expertise in ifrs 9 impairment frameworks.

* technical knowledge: deep understanding of credit risk triggers and the
qualitative/quantitative criteria for credit reclassification.

* regulatory expertise: familiarity with eba (european banking authority)
guidelines on management of non-performing and forborne exposures.

* analytical background: ability to interpret pd (probability of default), lgd
(loss given default), and ead (exposure at default) models across different
credit stages.

* full professional proficiency in english (written and verbal) is mandatory.
