KP is partnering with a world-leading Supply Chain and Logistics company to recruit an HR Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly dynamic and international organization, contributing to strategic People initiatives, business expansion and large-scale transformation programs.

Working closely with senior leadership, this role will play a key part in translating business priorities into impactful HR projects, driving organizational effectiveness, workforce transformation and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate strategic HR and cross-functional projects from design through implementation.
- Support the execution of the People Strategy through structured initiatives and transformation programs.
- Coordinate HR activities related to new business launches, ensuring workforce readiness, recruitment, onboarding and organizational alignment.
- Partner with HR, Operations, Finance, IT and Business leaders to deliver sustainable organizational improvements.
- Drive workforce planning, organizational design and change management initiatives.
- Develop governance frameworks, project roadmaps,



KPIs and executive-level reporting.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and digitalize HR processes, leveraging data, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Translate business needs into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a talented, proactive and intellectually curious professional who combines strategic thinking with a strong execution mindset.

Requirements:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering or related disciplines.
- 5-8 years of experience in HR Project Management, HR Transformation, Organizational Development or business transformation environments.
- Strong experience with digital transformation initiatives and AI-driven solutions.
- Proven experience leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI and data-driven reporting tools.
- Fluent English.

SALARY PACKAGE: €45.000 - €50.000
