We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team and help clients transform their procurement and inventory management processes with SAP S/4HANA.

Your Role & Responsibilities
As part of an international team, you will deliver client-facing SAP projects, supporting organizations as they design, implement, and improve their SAP S/4HANA solutions. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to translate business needs into effective, sustainable outcomes, including:

- Leading or contributing to SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) implementations, transformations, and rollouts.
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional designs, process flows, and SAP configuration.
- Supporting procurement and inventory management processes, including purchasing, requisitioning, goods receipts, invoice verification, and inventory movements.
- Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and advising clients on SAP MM capabilities and leading practices.
- Coordinating with other SAP modules and technical teams to support end-to-end process integration.
- Contributing to testing, data migration, cutover, training, and post-go-live support, with close attention to detail.
- Building trusted client relationships, managing stakeholder expectations, and supporting project teams in delivering measurable business results.

Background & Experience

- You have a degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a strong focus on Materials Management (MM)



processes and solutions.
- You have experience with SAP S/4HANA and a strong understanding of procurement and inventory management processes.
- You can gather and analyze requirements, develop functional specifications, and communicate recommendations clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
- You demonstrate analytical thinking, resilience, initiative, and a proactive, results-oriented approach to solving problems and adapting to changing project needs.
- You have strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills, with a collaborative and client-oriented attitude.
- You are comfortable working in an international environment and communicating in English; proficiency in Italian is an advantage. Other European languages are a plus.
- You are willing to travel domestically and internationally when project needs require it.
