Position

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor for our pipeline project in Italy.

The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all project quantities, from initial calculations to final accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage all project quantities, from initial calculations to final accounts.
- Contribute to reducing project costs and optimizing value for money, while ensuring compliance with the required standards and quality requirements.
- Monitor work quantities and track the physical progress of the project.




- Work closely with foremen and site supervisors to collect the information required to accurately measure progress across the various work phases.
- Report to the Project Control Manager.
- Prepare the data required for active accounting (measurement and valuation of completed works to be submitted to the client.) and passive accounting (measurement and valuation of works and services performed by subcontractors and suppliers.)

Requirements

- 3/5 years of experience in the role of Quantity Surveyor;
- Knowledge of Excel and Construction Management System
- Knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project
- Fluent English

Place of work: construction site located in central Italy
