The successful candidate will help provide legal support to the fast-growing Energy Equipment business on matters such as patent portfolio development, freedom to operate, licensing, negotiation of intellectual property terms, joint development agreements, trademarks, copyright, trade secrets, and intellectual property litigation and dispute resolution. This position will partner with and assist another IP attorney currently supporting Energy Equipment business leaders, engineering teams, R&D; organizations, and legal colleagues to develop and execute intellectual property strategies that protect and advance the company's technology and commercial objectives.
