Vincenzo De Cotiis Architects is seeking a senior architect to join its team in Milan, Italy. The role requires a minimum of five years post-qualification experience in practice, effective management and team leadership skills, strong design sensibilities, excellent technical skills, a flexible mentality, and extensive experience in managing all project stages, from concept to construction and site supervision. The successful applicants will have the following:
* master’s degree in architecture/interior design
* minimum of five years of proven experience in working on international, high-profile projects
* effective project management and team leadership abilities
* strong conceptual, graphic and design skills, illustrated in a comprehensive portfolio




* extensive coordination experience with clients, contractors, and consultants
* technical design knowledge to resolve architectural solutions through innovative thinking
* excellent communication skills, proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous desire to both learn from and mentor others
* comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* strong proficiency in 3D and 2D software ( AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, 3ds Max, Corona, etc.)
