ensuring smooth operations and timely task completion within our dynamic environment. /ph3Job Responsibilities /h3ulliReceive, review, and process incoming work order requests from various departments and sources. /liliVerify the completeness and accuracy of work order information, including details, priorities, and assigned resources. /liliInput work order data into the designated system with meticulous attention to detail. /liliCommunicate with requestors and other teams to clarify work order details or provide updates on status. /liliMonitor the progress of ongoing work orders and update their status in the system as required. /liliGenerate reports on work order volumes, completion rates, and any identified issues. /liliMaintain organized records of all processed work orders and related documentation. /liliIdentify and elevate complex or urgent work order issues to the appropriate personnel. /liliContribute to the continuous improvement of work order processing procedures. /li /ulh3Job Qualifications /h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a related field is a plus. /liliProven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role, preferably involving work order management. /liliExcellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. /liliProficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite. /liliAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. /liliStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
