Responsibilities:
* Support Inside Sales by fulfilling tasks such as Balance Confirmation, A/R Follow-up, Customer Registration, Credit Limit Registration, etc.




* Support the Customer Development
* Perform Cold Calls
* Support Sample Release
* Create Summaries for general Market News and Trends Experience Requirements / Competencies:
* Safe handling of MS Office programs
* Fluent in English and Italian; Knowledge of Korean is optional
