scada and log analysis; drive efficiency by redesigning data‑intensive activities with ai and data tools.collaborate with local hr, country manager and regional manager to align people, processes and performance.profiledegree in electrical, electronic, industrial or energy engineering or equivalent technical background.minimum 5 years experience in utility‑scale pv and/or bess project delivery, service or o&m;, with proven experience in hiring, developing and leading technical teams.solid technical understanding of inverters, mv equipment, bess and scada control systems.knowledge of contractual and legal aspects of epc and supply contracts, warranties, slas, ltsas, penalties, liabilities and claim handling.experience managing service partners and budgets with accountability for financial kpis.hands‑on experience with ai and data tools, llm‑based assistants, power bi, crm and demonstrated efficiency gains.fluent in italian and english (c1); spanish (b1) is a plus.based in milan; willingness to travel up to 40 % across italy and the balkans.
